After I talked to my mom on the phone about putting the cat down, I binged a little on food. 

This needs to freaking stop before I weigh 300 pounds.

You were the nicest kitty ever. It seems like just yesterday I brought you to show and tell in kindergarten and everyone loved you! I know this is the best decision, because I don’t want you to suffer anymore. Still… I’m going to miss you tons.

Doctor’s appointment tomorrow… going to ask her to put me on Wellbutrin, a different antidepressant than the medication I’m on right now.

I have this problem of compulsive eating. I think about food constantly, and sometimes, when I’m out of control, I start to eat and can’t stop. According to a family friend of ours, who is a pharmacist, said that Wellbutrin really helps with this kind of behavior and thoughts. Another positive thing is that it causes weight loss. So hopefully I can nip this problem in the bud before it takes over everything…

I’m also going back to therapy at the end of June. Hoorah.

This post sounds depressing, but it’s actually good. I’m excited to go to the doctor for once in my life.
